Chargeable Service Explained:
A no-obligation, free-of-charge engineer inspection is booked in to visit you. This is to look at the fault(s), find out what parts are needed or measure glass.
After our engineer visits, we will prepare a quote. This is then sent to you.
If you accept, please return the signed quote to the Service Dept (Pre-paid envelope is provided) and we process your order. A deposit is sometimes needed when sending back the quotation.
Once we receive the signed quote we then call you to make an appointment that is convenient to you for fitting. Payment on works is due on completion.
When the original homeowner moves, the warranty is then transferable to the new owner at point of sale. The warranty will be transferable following a satisfactory inspection from an engineer and a £173 fee being paid.

A FENSA certificate is not issued or required for conservatories or if a composite door has less than 50% glass. If you still feel that your certificate is missing items please contact the service department.
