These days, lots of things we used to purchase in shops have been superseded by online technology – clothes, books, music etc are just a few examples of how our buying habits have changed.

It’s pretty straightforward to buy some products online, you know what you want, click on the ‘buy’ button and input your payment details and it’s delivered to you.

However, what about the more major purchases in life? For example, would you ever buy a car online without seeing or trying it out first? Probably not. If it’s from a car dealer, you’d most likely visit the showroom and take it for a test drive before making a decision.

It’s the same with major home improvements, such as replacement windows, doors and conservatories. Wherever you happen to be at the time, it’s great to be able to browse products online to get a sense of what’s out there, see pictures and get a general feel for the company you are currently looking at. However, just like buying a car, a visit to a home improvement showroom will give you the confidence to make the purchase by seeing the product up close and meeting the people who represent the company. That’s why our showroom is very important and we take care to make sure that it offers you many benefits.

An experience!

You may have made the decision to replace your windows or doors and/or add a conservatory but you’re perhaps not quite sure what to choose. This is when a showroom can help you make that decision. You can wander around and see product arrangements that give off the impression of being in a home already.

In our showroom you can sit in our furnished conservatories to really get a sense of how the space could be used and how it ‘feels’. We have a number of conservatory options on display including different roofing systems, colours and glazing options, so taking time to ‘experience’ these options, can really help you make the right decision.

When it comes to windows and doors there’s a lot to choose from. Different frames, colours, openings, glazing etc, can make it a tricky choice. However by seeing the range on display, you will get far more of a sense of what you like and what will suit your style of property. Not only that, you can open and close doors and windows as much as you like, so you can be confident that the quality is at you’d expect it to be.

Meet our knowledgeable staff

You might already have an idea in mind about what you’d like, however a face-to-face chat with our staff can provide the reassurance that what you are considering is the right choice for your home. If it turns out that a different option would be better, then they will offer you alternative solutions. They will take as much time as it needs to answer any questions you may have, including talking you through some of the technical details as well as colour, frame and glass options. However, one thing they will NOT do, is pressurise you into making any decisions, we’re not that sort of company! We want you to feel as comfortable in our showroom as you would do in your own home and to leave feeling well informed to make that all important choice.

We totally trust our products and service and we want you to as well. Having a showroom really says it all. Having products on display doesn’t allow for clever technical online wizardry to make things appear better than they actually might be. ‘What you see is what you get’ (although your installation will be brand new, not the showroom display!)
